HOLIDAY PERIODS
22 December 2006, - 1 January 2007, flat rate (No Discounts 4 day minimum)
15 - 19 February 2007, flat rate (No Discounts 3 day minimum)

All Units are privately owned and completely furnished reflecting the needs and desires of the owners.
Accommodations vary and some Units will not accommodate the maximum Persons shown above.

NON-HOLIDAY PERIODS
3 consecutive nights...............10% discount
4 consecutive nights...............15% discount
5 consecutive nights...............20% discount
6 consecutive nights...............25% discount
Rates discounted 10% after Easter to end of Season.
Rates are subject to sales and room tax.30% surcharge for 1 night bookings on weekends.

DEPOSIT/CANCELATIONS:
50% of total rent is required 10 days after reservation request. Final payment due on or before arrival. Reserve the right to withhold $25 per deposits as a handling fee on any confirmed reservation (where deposit has been receipted for) which is canceled. Reserve the right to withhold entire deposit when a confirmed reservation is canceled with less than 14 days of notice. No cash refunds.
